A woman was terrified after she found a 4 feet big python in her loo just before she sat on the seat.
Laura Tranter, 34, was on her way to a Granthshala bath on Saturday morning when she saw a large snake in the bowl.
She was so stunned by the reptile that she ran to tell a friend who asked her if she was drunk.
Laura says she called the RSPCA, but got a message saying they didn’t open until 7 a.m., so contacted a partner who helped instead.
Terrified Laura of Stourbridge said she thought the snake was an escaped pet.
She said: “I woke up at half past five in the morning to go to the toilet, and she was just there.
“It scared the hell out of me, I almost sat on the thing. His head was resting on the bus seat.
“I closed the toilet door and thought, did I really see this, so I double-checked if it was real – but I really thought I was hallucinating.
“I went to my partner Sarah’s house at half past five in my dressing gown and trainers. She was so confused she asked if I was drinking.”
She continued: “My partner’s brother Dan is really interested in spiders and snakes and stuff so I called him and he got his friend Steve, who lived twenty minutes away, to come over and take him out.
“It actually got stuck in my toilet, because it was so thick in the middle that it couldn’t get out and come back.
“We couldn’t really get it out, so we had to wash the fluid down the toilet and then flush it to help get it out.
“Steve and Dan think that someone may have let it out after keeping it as a pet and deciding they didn’t want it, and it somehow got into the sewer.
“I still can’t get my head around it, I really can’t.”
The snake has been handed over to the RSPCA.
