Jake Paul overtakes Canelo Alvarez with the impression of a pound-for-pound boxing star.
YouTuber Paul, who is 4-0 as a boxer, has knocked out the four-division champion in the past.
And he also set the audacious goal of trying to fight Canelo in only three years’ time.
Current super-middleweight King Alvarez, who battles Caleb Plant in an undisputed title fight on November 6, is questioned once again about Paul.
asked by fighthype If he would ever face a social media sensation, he replied: “We don’t know, you can never say. We’ll see in the future.”
Canelo also said that Paul would need to do ‘a lot of things’ before he could ever fight.
Paul later took advantage of the interview as he imitated Alvarez and the words of the Mexican.
The American celebrity is coming off the biggest win of his career, a one-point decision in round eight against 39-year-old ex-UFC champion Tyron Woodley.

This followed the knockouts of online rival ‘AnsonGib’, former NBA player Nate Robinson, and retired UFC fighter Ben Askren, both 37 at 37.
Canelo, 31, joins former UFC champion Conor McGregor, 33, on Paul’s boxing ‘hit-list’.
But MMA trainer Javier Mendez – who coached Khabib Nurmagomedov to victory over McGregor in 2018 – warned Paul to fight Alvarez.
Mendez told betway insider: “Jake’s got so many advantages over Connor.
“Size is one of the big majors, and the fact that he’s been boxing for over three years, with really good boxing pros who know what they’re doing.
“So no, he doesn’t have to be afraid of Conor. Instead, he has to be afraid of guys like Canelo. He’ll shatter him in just one round, that would be embarrassing.
“He doesn’t have a chance against people like this, he really should stay away from him – but against Connor, he has a chance.”
