The product line is now available from one of the largest retailers that carry products from fellow singer Rihanna, as well as products from Kylie Jenner. Braxton’s new venture is her first major foray into the beauty industry.

According to an official press release, each product was carefully developed to meet the demands of brown skin types. The line was created to fill a void for products in body and skin care to be offered for women of color. Nude sugar is something that Braxton has been cooking up for a while.

“I’m excited to step into my new business venture in the beauty industry and I couldn’t be more pleased to partner with Ulta, a leader in beauty retailing,” she says in a statement. “After working for 2 years on Nude Sugar, I look forward to women of all color trying my products that are just for the US, there’s nothing like it.”
The line currently offers Sugar Plum Elixir, Hair & Body Mist, Bath & Shower Gel, Restore & Renew Body Lotion, Discoloration & Hydration Cream, and an All Day Protecting Body Cream. Product prices range between $18-$45. Each product contains natural ingredients, including 100% sugarcane, derived squalane and plum seed oil.
The line is made of eco-friendly and sustainable packaging as well as cruelty-free and vegan products. Products are available in-store and online.
Singer reveals previously unconventional beauty secrets
Braxton fans know that the singer is obsessed with beauty and skin care products and as a woman in her early 50s, she looks no more than 25 a day. She admits to battling with acne for most of her life but finally got it under control. Some fans were stunned when she recently revealed that she uses an unlikely tool as part of her skincare routine.
Sharing secret beauty tips for Vogue Magazine, she said in a video, “It’s a vibrator, but I call it a facial tingle, it tingles in my facial muscles and makes it active and working. ” She said she often keeps it in the freezer to help activate the muscles.
Braxton previously revealed that she uses Uncle Bud’s Rose Gold face mask in her routine. “I promise you I use it every week,” she said. Uncle Bud’s mask is designed to prevent acne breakouts, while antioxidants provide anti-aging benefits. “Every week I’m putting it on and I love lip balm. Because girls you know, you must have a good lip balm.”
The mask is made with organic hemp seed oil infused with Moroccan rose water. Braxton also follows a healthy diet.
