Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay’s daughter Tilly Ramsay hit back at a British radio presenter who mocked her looks on her show.

Tilly, 19, is currently competing with professional dancer Nikita Kuzmin in the BBC One reality competition “Strictly Come Dancing”. On Tuesday, Ramsay took to Instagram to share a sound bite from Steve Allen’s recent LBC radio program, in which he questioned an audience about being on “Celebrity Master Chef Australia.”

“Well, she can’t dance well,” he said.

“I’m bored with her already. She’s a chubby little thing, right? Have you noticed? Maybe her dad is cooking, I imagine,” he says in the clip.

In addition to the clip, Tilly shared a lengthy note penalizing Allen for making a negative comment on a teen’s appearance.

“I try not to read and listen to comments and negativity, although being recently called on a national radio station by a 67-year-old man is a step too far,” she began her post.

“Steve please feel free to give your opinion, however I draw the line in commenting on my appearance. It’s a great shame that someone is trying to turn such a positive experience into a negative one,” she continued. “It’s not the first and certainly won’t be the last comment about my appearance and I accept that and I’m learning to accept myself.”

She used to mock Allen for trying to bring down a 19-year-old and highlight how grateful she is for the experience in TV she’s been fortunate enough to have.

“But please remember that words can hurt and at the end of the day I am only 19 and I am so grateful for all the wonderful opportunities I have been able to participate in and I understand that in the public eye. Being clearly has it’s own consequences and I’ve known about it from a young age,” she concluded. “Although I won’t tolerate people who think it’s okay to publicly comment and check on someone’s weight and appearance.”

daily Mail Reports that his fellow “Strictly Come Dancing” contestants shared comments supporting him. Meanwhile, Allen is yet to comment on the post.
