The cause and manner of Eric Covey’s death have been revealed.

The zookeeper, who was famous for appearing in “Tiger King,” died in September at the age of 53.


The New York City Office of the Chief Medical Examiner confirmed to Granthshala News on Monday that Cow’s mode of death was natural and that the cause was “acute and chronic alcohol use.”

Covey entered the public domain in 2020 with the release of Netflix’s “Tiger King: Murder, Mayhem and Madness,” a documentary that follows Kauai’s boss, Joseph Maldonado-Passage, and his zoo full of exotic animals. Is.

At the time, police confirmed to Granthshala News that they had responded to an emergency call from “an unconscious male inside 67 East 55 Street within the perimeter of 21 Pct”.

No medicine was reportedly found at the spot.
