This morning there was an uproar when Philip Schofield saw a spider in Holly Willoughby’s hair.
As the presenters started the show, Philip alerted his co-hosts to the creepy creep—which terrified him.
He told her: “Well, you got it … Halloween is coming, don’t panic, but you have a spider in your hair.”
Sure enough, Holly immediately began to panic and scream, begging Philip to remove it.
She eventually calmed down when she realized it was really just a small money spider.
Fuming Holly asked Phil: “Can you say you have a money spider when I’m hopping on my head like a tarantula?!”
He teased her, replied: “No, I’m not going to say am I? Where’s the fun in that?”
Holly explained: “It really means being lucky, isn’t it?”
The old wives’ tale is that the spider is a sign that the person will come across money.
For added luck, you should spin the spider around your head with its web before letting go.
Holly then proceeds to let Philip spin the spider around his head before taking it to another part of the studio to let it roam free.
The 40-year-old presenter launched her new lifestyle brand — Wild Moon — last month, after deciding to create a space where she could share the people, places and products she loves.
She plans to whip up a hairdryer, rugs, and cosmetics on a Gwyneth Paltrow-inspired website.
So far their signature scented candle—named The Wild—is the first product to drop.
The price range varies from £40 to £65 depending on size.
