Drummond posted a photo of his chicken Alfredo stuffed shells to Instagram in 2018 and his fans loved the idea. “I made Chicken Alfredo Stuffed Shells for dinner last night and it was the opposite of a bad decision. leading lady The star walks her through the simple pasta recipe. He seasoned the chicken with salt and pepper, grilled it, then shredded it with two forks. In another bowl, she mixed ricotta cheese, cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, eggs, salt, pepper, and parsley. Then Drummond added the shredded chicken and cream and stirred everything to mix the ingredients well.
Food Network melted butter in a skillet and added flour while whisking it over medium heat for a few minutes. Then add milk and cream and beat and cook the mixture for another 2 to 3 minutes till it becomes thick. Drummond added garlic, salt, pepper, Parmesan cheese, parsley and basil and stirred everything until the cheese melted. “It should be nice and thick and miraculous. If it is a little too thick, sprinkle a little more milk. If it is not thick enough, let it cook a little longer,” she said.
To assemble the dish, Drummond spread some Alfredo sauce in the bottom of the baking dish and then filled the cooked pasta shells with the cheese and chicken mixture. He placed the balls in the dish and poured the remaining Alfredo sauce on top. leading lady The star is topped with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese in the entire dish, then the shells are baked in a 375°F oven for 25 minutes.
