‘The Morning Show’ Season 2 Episode 2: Bradley Jackson and Alex Levy Aren’t on Good Terms
Alex and Bradley are in the same place they started Season 2. In “It’s Like the Flu”, they have a chilled reunion at a dinner party hosted by Billy Crudup’s Corey Ellison. Although they have what might seem like a friendly hug, there is a lot of tension building up.
In the end, the drama comes to a head. Bradley confronts Alex as she is leaving the party and informs him that she is going to “toe toe” with him when they start working together again. They are not friends, but “equals” who will fight it out for screen time.

The September 24 episode, following the events of the Season 2 premiere the morning show There is thunder about COVID-19. Mia Jordan (Karen Pittman) has a brief discussion with a coworker about whether she should cover it on the show. Remember, at this point in the Apple Original Series, it’s still early January 2020.
Then the topic comes up again at Corey’s dinner party. The anchors briefly discussed the COVID-19 coverage. Yanko Flores (Nestor Carbonell) wonders if he should cover up sick people thousands of miles away. Daniel Henderson (Dacian Terry) says they should give it airtime, suggesting that an employee should go overseas to report on the story. Bradley agrees and later, Daniel finds himself on a plane to China.

‘The Morning Show’ Season 2: Even Billy Crudup Doesn’t Know Corey’s Intentions
Mitch Kessler (Steve Carell) is reading the newspaper and eating gelato in Italy when an American woman approaches him. However, a pleasant conversation doesn’t happen. The woman proceeds to talk to him, rather loudly, until everyone at the gelato shop is watching.
Then an Italian woman joins the conversation to defend Mitch. While the ladies argue that the former TV anchor slips. A few minutes later he and the Italian woman exchange phone numbers.
Alex Levy offers Chip Black his old job and he accepts.
‘The Morning Show’ Season 2: Nestor Carbonell Talks Canceled Culture and What’s Next for Yanko
In one of the last few scenes of the September 24 episode, Alex heads to the suburbs to see Chip Black (Mark Duplass). She rings the doorbell and Chip answers. Alex then asks him if he will return to UBA as its executive producer. After a short pause where he sees his fiancé, Chip asks Alex, “When do I start?”
