4 Steps to Clean Up Your Windows Machine

Step 1: Empty the Recycle Bin
When you delete a file, it is not gone. It first goes to the Recycle Bin, and waits for you to take a more permanent action. To bring them out of penance, Right-click on your Recycle Bin And Click Empty Recycle Bin.
Here’s another option that shows you even more files: Go to Adjustment > System > Storage > temporary files. You will see a list of temporary files, including the contents of the Recycle Bin. Control recycle bin box (and anything else you want to get rid of), then select delete files.

Step 2: Clear Temporary Files
Temporary files are created to help apps or processes move — or move — data and other processes without interruption. Over time, they can take up a lot of space. Hibernate does the same thing, but it saves these things to your hard drive instead of using your system’s memory. You can disable Hibernate if you don’t use it. This way:
right-click on start button or press Win + X, then select Command Prompt (Admin) Or Windows PowerShell (Admin). Type the following command to disable hibernation: powercfg.exe /hibernate shutdown.

Step 4: Remove the Old Version of Windows
After the upgrade, Windows automatically removes the old version of the OS from your machine. You can also manually delete it before it happens to reclaim some space. WARNING: If you change your mind you will not be able to revert to your previous Windows version.
go for Adjustment > System > Storage > temporary files. Under Remove temporary files, select previous version of windows and then delete files.
