Stacey Solomon said she prepared to deliver as Joe Swash practiced his birthing partner technique.
The Loose Women presenter, 31, who is pregnant with her fourth child, posted a hilarious video revealing Joe’s birthing routine.
Sitting on the floor, Joe practices how he plans to help his fiancé during the delivery.
“Just sitting here trying to wind down for the evening and Joe decided he was going to practice what it would be like when I gave birth,” Stacey said.
She joked: “If it’s anything like last time, I don’t want it.”
As she filmed the pair sitting in front of the mirror, she told fans how nervous her other half was during the birth of their son, Rex.
She said: “The last time I went into labor, Joe was so nervous I thought something was wrong.
“All I could hear was ‘Is this the right amount of blood? Are you sure there must be that much blood.’”
Joe assures his fiancé that he is more prepared this time.
Then he told her that he would give her lots of massages and blow cool air on her face to keep her happy.
He added: “I know what to do this time, so you’re fine, massaging a lot, blowing a lot, rubbing a lot.”
The MasterChef star then gently patted Stacy, which did not impress her.
He gleefully told her: “If you do anything like this during childbirth, you won’t see the end of it, you won’t be able to make it.”
The soon-to-be-four moms are going to give birth to their baby girl any day now.
Stacy welcomed Rex into the world in 2019 when she was eight months pregnant.
Earlier today the Telly star hinted that she is ready to give birth, when she revealed that her baby girl is “desperate to pass out”.
She took to Instagram to share an adorable photo of her swollen belly as she told fans she was “running out of the room”.
Congratulating her on “Happy Saturday”, Stacey hinted that she might be ready to give birth at any moment as she “runs out of the room” in her belly.
“Good morning. He’s still there, but seeing this he’s desperate to get out,” the mother of three wrote to her expected following.
“Definitely running out of room,” the former X-Factor star added with a laughing emoji before concluding her pregnancy: “I’ll really miss it.”
This came shortly after Stacey told fans she would be leaving Instagram for a few days before the birth of her daughter because she was feeling “tired.”
She wrote to her 4.7 million followers on Thursday: “I’m going to put my phone away for a few days. I’m feeling tired.
“I promise I’ll keep you updated if Princess Pickles decides to show any signs of breaking out of my rib cage. I hope you’re okay. Love you.”
Tally is also a mother favorite to Leighton, nine, and Zachary, 13, from previous relationships.
Joe is also the father of 13-year-old Harry, whom he shares with ex Emma Sophocles.
