Shakira has revealed that she was robbed by two wild boars who fled with her bag.
The pop queen posted a video on Instagram saying she was attacked in the park along with her eight-year-old son, Milan.
The mother of two said that the boar pinned her expensive handbag containing her mobile phone and went on a hoof to a nearby wood.
Shakira appears to have chased the animals who dropped her handbag.
Showing the chewed remains on video, Shakira said: “Look how the two wild boars who attacked me in the park have left my bag.
“They were taking my bag along with my mobile phone to the forest. They have destroyed everything.”
She added when her son went into the background: “Tell Milan the truth. Tell how your mother stood in front of the wild boar.”
The Colombian singer, 44 – partner of FC Barcelona defender Gerard Pique – did not say in which park the attack took place, but neither he nor Milan were injured.
Reportedly, wild boars are increasingly coming to the towns and cities of the Mediterranean countries for food.
Barcelona resident Javier Bosch reported last month how he was bitten by one of the animals after visiting his family near the city’s Tibidabo amusement park to watch meteor showers and shooting stars.
He has also been spotted several times in Costa del Sol resorts such as the center of Fuengirola. Pigs have also blocked traffic in the middle of Rome, the capital of Italy.
Experts say that wild boars are overconfident, intelligent, strong, flamboyant and capable of aggressive attacks.
