Paralympian Stephanie Reid is the latest star to be announced for Dancing on Ice 2022.
The 36-year-old track and field athlete has cemented her place on today’s Good Morning Britain show.
She told Richard Arnold: “It’s a little scary but I can’t wait.”
Long jump specialist Paul Gascoigne joins son Regan and S Club 7 star Rachel Stevens.
There is also a new Look judging panel with Arlene Phillips replacing John Barrowman, who was axed after the historic allegations of flashing.
Stef is no stranger to competitive TV shows, appearing on Celebrity MasterChef in 2018.
She was born in New Zealand to British parents and moved to Toronto at the age of four.
While studying biochemistry at Queens University, she joined the campus track and field team and three years later competed in the world championships.
Steph lost her right leg in a boating accident at the age of 16.
Her life was saved by a surgeon in Toronto, who managed to stop the flow of blood through amputation.
Yesterday Coronation Street’s Sally DiNever and Happy Monday star Mark ‘Baez’ Berry were confirmed for Dancing on Ice.
Sally told Lorraine Kelly: “Now that everyone knows I’m doing this, I can’t hold back, right?! And I’m so scared!”
When asked if she’s skated before, Sally – whose daughter is Bridgeton’s Phoebe Danever – said: “No never! I went with Hattie. [her daughter] When she was little I had a penguin and thought it was too hard so I’ll go get coffee!”
She said: “It’s a big challenge, Lorraine.
“It’s really, really. I ain’t getting any younger, I just have to take advantage of every opportunity so that when I’m older I can say what you know? I just let it go.”
While Baez said he was like “Bumby on ice”.
