The $29 million Manalapan estate showcases a pool with cabanas, tennis courts and green
Palm Beach, Florida, where celebrities like Tiger Woods, Bon Jovi and former President Donald Trump call home, have a reputation for being glamorous, so it’s no surprise that the luxury housing market is nothing short of luxurious.
Granthshala Business’ “Mansion Global” toured two estates in the Palm Beach area, the first bringing Italian villa vibes to Florida’s shores.
1160 S Ocean Blvd. Manalpan faces a 160-foot stretch of beach and sits on a 1.7-acre ocean-front yard, totaling 20,075 square feet in property space. Asking price – $29.5 million.
Listing agent Holly Meyer Lucas insisted that the Manalpan area is home to the “exclusive who’s who” of residents. Lucas detailed that the home is only one of 30 that feature front yard beach access and inter-coastal canal access in the backyard for the option of docking a yacht.
“We’re here seven miles from Mar-a-Lago,” she said. “So manliness has always been this little-kept secret.”
and the house on Ocean Blvd. The front presents that distinctive feel, as the front entrance and broad staircase open into a spacious atrium and an external high courtyard. The entryway features tumbled corrals worked into the front steps and arches – a material that can no longer be made of.
Peki cypress, a rare bar of wood, is another material that can no longer be used in construction, yet Manalapan Haveli offers it in the expanse of the roof of the huge entrance.
The home’s great room and master wing, complete with a wide-set fireplace and wet bar, connect to both the kitchen and dining room, all pulling in warm, orange accents. The seven-bed, nine-bath estate also features a cabana, a tennis court, and a pool with a putting green.
Traveling west, the next mansion in West Palm Beach brings contemporary to luxury at 6717 S. Flagler Drive. The oceanfront complex has six bedrooms and 12 bathrooms inside the approximately 11,000-square-foot property.
According to Zillow, the modern home was sold for over $15 million. Douglas Elliman listing agent Burton Minkoff reiterates the home’s tagline: “There’s no resort like home.”
The mock vacation home comes with a gym, a screening room, a dock that can accommodate a 50-foot boat and two summer kitchens, and a spacious roof deck with custom, built-in hot tubs on each level.
The home’s interior is decorated with eye-catching accents that include a mahogany staircase with transparent barriers and a gray stone fireplace. The home’s U-shaped layout is lined with glass doors on the exterior that pull back to allow a sea-crossing breeze throughout the house.
The master suite boasts great water views and has a full coffee wet bar that takes up their closet space.
