Nashville, Tennessee, a bastion of country music, good food and non-stop nightlife, may be one of America’s most prized travel destinations, but the area’s impressive real estate market will make you want to settle on some Southern dirt.

Granthshala Business’ “Mansion Global” toured the inside of two ancient Nashville mansions – the first planted in the middle of an entire land.

Fairview, Tenn. The home, located at 7459 Old Cox Pike, is a four-bed, six-bath estate that spans 6,597 square feet, and is priced at $4.9 million.

The core of the house was constructed from materials from an old Pennsylvania barn, while intricate chandeliers hang from the 26-foot-high ceilings, creating a crossway between the farmhouse and the luxury estate.

Zeitlin Sotheby’s listing agent Charlie Neese characterized the property as the “perfect Tennessee home” because its rustic and homely character embodies the energy of the great state.

“It’s not a house that you feel like you’re walking in and you say, ‘I can’t touch anything in here,’” he said. “It invites you to be in it.”

The kitchen showcases an impressive centerpiece island made from a walnut tree found on the property. The lower level of the house houses a 1,000-bottle wine cellar, a bar, and a man’s room that is decked out with tin ceilings and a stone fireplace.

The sunlight-soaked master bedroom comes with an attached, screened-in porch and a walk-in closet with a custom wooden shoe rack. A series of bedrooms sit on the upper level that overlooks the 225 acres of rolling hills.

The next list only offers a little less comfort and a little more glamour, at first glance. Just 30 minutes from Downtown Nashville in Brentwood, Tenn., 2 Carmel Lane resides within the ultra-exclusive Governors Club community.

The 12,000-square-foot home fits five bedrooms and seven bathrooms and sits on an acre of land. Asking Price – $3,875,000.

Listing agent Marty Warren crowned the property as the club’s “iconic home”. The design was modeled after European influences, with an abundance of greens and dark metals, and even featured a stair runner imported from England and a bar built by hand from Italy.

The three-story chateau opens into a vast foyer decorated with marble pillars and a circular balcony above the head. The grand saloon has a vaulted ceiling with intricate wood-carved details and is joined by another entertainment space and kitchen.

What looks like an Oval Office sits beautifully on the opposite side of the house – the perfect place to work or hold an important business meeting.

The home’s façade showcases a sequence of white-paned windows and French doors that lead to the backyard overlooking the community’s private golf course. The top floor creates grand walkways in every direction, leading to small balconies overlooking the property’s expansive floorplan.

The master bedroom alone spans nearly 400 square feet, not including the his-and-hers walk-in closet and water room with built-in bidet. Moving from top to bottom floor, the lowest level includes a spa, family room, and regal home movie theater.
