New York – The NYPD is seeking the public’s help in finding a Long Island boy and girl who are missing and who may be suicidal and in imminent danger.
A missing child warning is in effect for 16-year-old Freddie Turkios-Funes of Deer Park. He was last seen riding an orange and white bicycle along the Carles Path on Monday at 11:40 pm.
Police described him as white, 5’10” tall, 180 pounds. With brown hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a dark jacket and carrying a black backpack.
13-year-old Alexandria Patricia Baca-Funes of Bayshore was last seen walking with Freddie Turcios-Funes on Bayshore Avenue around 11 p.m. Monday.
Police have described him as 5 feet tall and 160 pounds. With brown hair and brown eyes.
The pair may have traveled to Manhattan by train.
