For many movie fans, October 3 is a pop culture holiday that commemorates mean girls. It’s the day where jokes fly about wearing pink on Wednesday, Glenn Coco, more to fetch. Lindsay Lohan’s Cady and Rachel McAdams’ Regina George were central to the plot, but the film is filled with plenty of amusing and zany characters.
This includes Regina’s mother, June George, played by Amy Poehler. She walked around with her little Chihuahua, but there is one scene that made McAdams worried about Poehler and the dog’s appetite.

Cady’s first visit to Regina’s house with the other girls was another cultural shock for her. Not only did she marvel at Regina’s master suite, but Regina’s mother’s personality and quirky ways astounded her. Gretchen whispered to examine Mrs. George’s fake breasts, and at first she didn’t understand why.
Caddy learned this when the woman greeted him with a hug, and learned a strange lesson when the Chihuahua kept biting Jun’s chest. After serving them the mocktails, “Cool Mom” sat down and chatted with the girls as the dog nibbled on her breast. It’s equally disturbing and hilarious, but it was also intentional.
McAdams thought the dog would chew on Poehler

The studio didn’t want to hire Poehler for ‘Mean Girls’

Let’s f*ck get Amy!’ From the moment I first saw Amy — I think it was an SNL sketch where she plays an amateur porn star on a date with Sean William Scott — I fell in love with her,” said Waters .
