MCFLY’s Harry Judd has revealed his newborn son’s quirky baby name as he introduced him to his and wife Izzy’s older children.
The 35-year-old star announced the arrival of her third child last evening, in which she and 37-year-old Izzy are already parents to five-year-old Lola and four-year-old Kit.
Now Harry has taken to his social media page to share photos of the sweet moment Lola and Kit met their baby brother for the first time — as well as the newborn’s name.
Dholak wrote: “Meeting Loki for the first time ️
“Lockie Magnus Christopher Judd 11/10/21. Thanks for all your messages x”
In emotional photos, Lola and Kit smile as they stare at baby Lockie in his Moses basket.
The kids look thrilled to welcome a new couple into the fold, with Izzy also smiling as she looks at her little one.
She and Harry shared a similar black and white snap of Izzy beaming as she breastfeeds her newborn in her hospital bed to announce her arrival yesterday.
With Harry lovingly kissing her on the cheek, the two new parents rejoice.
Harry captioned his post: “💙 @mrs_izzyjudd Clever mommy and baby boy are doing well and both are beautiful”.
Izzy added on her social media page: “And that’s just how my world feels as a whole”
Birth took place when Harry was notably absent from Strictly Come Dancing, where his bandmates Dougie Poynter and Danny Jones were seen in the audience supporting Tom Fletcher.
Izzy and Harry welcomed their daughter via IVF, but Kit came naturally — and she revealed earlier this year that she got pregnant naturally with their new couple.
The pair plan to try to conceive for six months, and if that doesn’t work they will use their last frozen embryo.
However, Izzy said she was “incredibly lucky” to get pregnant “quickly” – adding that she is “overwhelmed” to give her children a sibling.
Earlier this month, Izzy opened up about how she feels about “waiting out” a frozen embryo at her fertility clinic.
Showing off her huge baby bump in a candid Instagram post, the violinist shared: “I’ve always wondered who that little one could be and often thought we might never have met Lola, our second fetus that day So the decision to attempt at the beginning of this year naturally was one that I found emotionally difficult.
“At that time, as a result of the pandemic, many people were facing immense disappointment and heartache because IVF rounds were being canceled or delayed. I really felt very fortunate to have found Lola & Kit and the clinic After a long talk in the U.S. we decided to try, naturally, with the option of returning later in the year and of course there was no guarantee that thawing frozen embryos would survive or have a viable pregnancy.
“So a few months later when I saw a positive result on my pregnancy test I wondered how I might feel. I exited the bathroom and saw Lola and Kit sitting on the bedroom floor reading the story to each other. Me Then realized I was just so grateful.”
She continued: “Grateful to be a mother, grateful to have the chance to grow our family, grateful for my body and grateful to be pregnant. Yes, I will always be surprised, I will always be sad that we Haven’t met but then for the little boy in my stomach, I never get a chance to meet you”
Harry’s little girl remains the only daughter of Lola McFly, with three boys from Tom’s dad, one from Danny, and no children from Dougie.
