“There was this article on the Daily Mail where there was an African American woman,” Stowers explained. “They showed her, and I think this woman was robbing people.” She said she later admitted to reporting Schroeder as the perpetrator on the podcast.
The behavior appears to have been related to Stowers’ relationship with Jax Taylor—who was in a relationship with Brittany Cartwright at the time. But she had previously had relationships with Schroeder and Doute, leading to differences between the two.
Bravo axes Schroeder and Doute after publicly apologizing. Taylor and his wife Brittany Cartwright also announced their exit. The network also fired two other cast members who joined the eighth season for their previous racist tweets.
Now, Vanderpump is talking about how the stars of the show have evolved, even without some of the original cast.
