upcoming marvel studio movie, Eternal, is expected to be unlike anything the Marvel Cinematic Universe has seen before. It introduces a new set of heroes who are much older and more powerful than most of the Avengers. Given this nugget of information, some fans have wondered where the Eternals were when Thanos reigned terror over the universe. Thankfully, the director of the next Marvel movie, Chloe Zhao, recently promised there’s a good reason fans have never seen Eternals before.
Chloe Zhao assures fans there’s a good reason for Eternal not to appear in ‘Avengers: Infinity War’
in an interview with total movieZhao was asked why the Eternals did not intervene when Thanos forced half the universe’s population out of existence. He said, “[The audience] Will understand why Not only that, but the complexity of not interfering made him feel. We find out. You will see this in the film. The Eternals were instructed not to interfere in any human conflict unless the gods and goddesses were involved. There is a reason for this to happen. And that was the direction of the chief divine Arisham.”
Therefore, the Eternals were forbidden by divine beings from interfering in human affairs that did not involve gods and goddesses. However, the reason behind why Eternals was instructed not to attend remains unclear. There is definitely something else going on here.
Could the celestials have an ulterior motive to convince the Eternal not to offer their services outside of battle with the gods? We can guess as much as we want. But to know the answer, fans just have to watch the film.
Who is the new MCU hero?
In comic books, The Eternals are an alien race that has survived for millennia. The celestials created them when they came to Earth a million years ago. He conducted experiments that led to the formation of the Eternals and the Deviants. There are some of the most powerful beings in the eternal universe whose priority is to protect the earth (from the gods). So, it’s understandable why fans questioned where the Eternals were when Thanos looked for the Infinity Stones. Avengers: Infinity War.
Because The Eternals are pretty old, the MCU movie will jump around in time to tell its story. Oscar-award winning director Zhao spoke with Total Film about the different time periods in the film. She said, “What excited me is the idea of going back in time and exploring [the time] Before Thanos was born, before anyone was born. Where does the MCU go back in time? And this brings us to the mythology of the celestials. Anything involving the Celestials is going to happen on a massive level of complexity, let’s put it that way.”
with its sounds, Eternal There will be a phenomenal, epic film in the MCU.
