Celebrity SAS star Wes Nelson cried after being told “outrage in anger”.
The 22-year-old – who rose to fame on Love Island – was punished during a group challenge after she was accused of throwing away her equipment in despair.
He wiped tears from his eyes as he explained that he had only thrown his water bottle so that he could better take the boat over the fence with his teammates.
Wes admitted it was “the hardest day” as he struggled with his family in tears over a video call.
He was first yelled at by Jason Fox who said: “Okay, number nine, give me the f***ing 20 burpees because you threw the water bottle.
“F***ing get on with it now.
“You’re starting to wind me up now.”
The Channel 4 show then told Wes about her rise to success at a young age.
He explained: “I would say I’m very successful for a 22-year-old. I’ve got my assets, built a decent social media following and signed a record deal for one of the leading labels in the world. .
“I’m amazed at the way I’ve progressed and it all happened so quickly.”
But he was upset about being punished during group work – and was questioned by instructor Mark ‘Billy’ Billingham.
“What’s wrong with number nine?
“I’m asking, did the p*** turn you off? Get it off your chest.”
Taking a deep breath, a frustrated Wes said: “I put the bottle down so I can cross the boat and then I’m being punished for putting the bottle on the floor.
“I don’t know how to stop making stupid mistakes when I thought I was making no mistake.”
Billy told him: “Let it go to your head, you don’t have to bother with it.
After the incident, head coach Ant Middleton took Wes to the grilling.
He told the singer that he was “a boy in a man’s world” who needed to “drop the attitude and drop the ego”.
Later on a video call with his family he cried as he was overcome with emotions after a tough day in training.
