Britney shared nude photos just a day after her latest victory in a conservative legal battle.
Speaking in court, Judge Brenda Penney said: “Based on what I read in the filing, and everything I read. I believe the suspension of Jamie Spears is in the best interest of Britney Spears.”
“The current situation is unenforceable. The court found that the toxic environment that Jamie Spears created needs to be removed today.”
After the judge’s decision, a temporary guardian has been appointed in place of Jamie for about a month.
Brittany’s lawyer, Matthew Rosengart, was aggressively pushing for his father to be ousted while in court.
Matthew Argued: “What does Britney Spears want—what she needs—her father is gone today—suspended—out of her life, a temporary guardian appointed for 30–45 days, at which point we demand the end of the guardianship on that day.” We do.”
Jamie, who first sought guardianship in 2008 and has been its primary supervisor ever since, filed a petition calling for it to be abolished altogether.
His lawyer said that if the court allows the termination guardianship, then he intends to fully comply with all the requirements.
The next hearing is expected on November 12, where the parties are scheduled to discuss the next steps for the termination of the guardianship in full.
