Temperatures expected to drop by 25 degrees for Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin
After the start of the week for most of the eastern US, above-average temperatures return by mid-week.

In the South, temperatures will jump back into the high 80s and low 90s.
The low pressure system is moving eastwards towards the Rockies over the western states on Tuesday.
Utah, Wyoming and Colorado will be affected by rain and mountain snow.
Snow will fall up to several feet in the higher reaches till Wednesday morning.

The next storm system to affect the west moves to the coast Tuesday night through Wednesday morning.
