In a million little things Season 4 Episode 4, “Pinocchio,” viewers learn that Peter Benoit (Andrew Leeds) is awake. However, even more shocking is the picture Detective Craig Saunders (Brian Markinson) has placed in front of Peter’s face. The picture shows Christopher Gregory (Michael Weston) sitting in Gary’s car. (In episode 2 of season 4, Christopher insisted on talking to Gary because he was worried about getting caught). Gary makes several lies to support his claim that he is friends with Christopher, his nickname being “Topper”. Then Liam (Mattia Castrillo) and Darcy walk outside and ask who the detective is. Maggie wants to keep her new job

Maggie hopes to talk to Jane about maintaining her interim position as Dr. Stacy. However, when Jane and Nick (Mark Darwin) start taunting each other, she leaves the room.
In the break room, she abusively tells Rachel (Jill Morrison) from Human Resources that Jen and Nick have created a “hostile work environment”. After the two are scolded by HR, Claudia fills Maggie with a situation that has led to their hostility towards each other. When Jen was offered a promotion, she had to choose between dating Nick or taking on a new position. Jane chose the job.
After another inspiring conversation with Claudia, Maggie asks Jane to be considered for the position. Jane informs Maggie that she is in the running, but the network is waiting for a test from the audience. She also tells Maggie that she should stop gossiping about him.

Meanwhile, Rom (Romney Malko) learns that the New England Film Festival had chosen to screen his documentary with Tyrell (Adam Swain) on their schedule. Paragon+, a streaming giant, has requested an early screening and is looking to buy its film. Rome has lunch with her father (Lou Beattie, Jr.) at Regina’s new place of employment, Crocodilz. Meanwhile, Regina (Christina Moses) befriends Valerie in the kitchen. When Regina tries to change a recipe, Valerie collapses. However, the newcomer also admits that she has recently just come out of prison, and her boss doesn’t know.
When the film festival calls to inform Rome that its agent has pulled the film from the festival, things look suspicious. Paragon+ bought the film to prevent it from being overtaken by the popularity of its similar documentaries. Hopefully, in a later episode, Eddie returns the money and helps Nicole get out of her situation.
Later, Eddie tells Theo (Tristan Byron) the hard truth he’s been hiding – that he’s never going to walk again. However, he also said that he is happier than ever. Eddie talks to Theo about being grateful for his life because having someone is always worse.
Gary and Darcy break up In ‘A Million Little Things’ season 4 episode 4
When Peter wakes up, he tells the detective that he doesn’t remember anything. He barely recognizes Christopher and Gary from the photo. When Gary hears that Peter has short-term memory loss, he feels that he is off the hook. However, Darcy begins to act strangely.
She takes him aside and tells him that they cannot go to Lenox together because she knows where she was on the night of Peter’s attack. They sit down with Liam and tell him that Gary and Darcy are not getting along.
Later, Gary finds his lost Bruins hat under his air mattress and receives a call from Peter Benoit. Peter lied to the detective and remembered everything about the night of his attack. What does this revelation mean for Gary?
